Here\x27s how to turn permissions for installed apps on your LG G Pad X8.3 on or off.<\/div><\/div>
  • Downloaded apps designed for Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and up only ask for permission the first time you use a feature rather than asking for permissions out of context.<\/div><\/li>
  • Turning off certain permissions may result in basic features no longer working as intended.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
    1. From a Home screen, navigate:
      Apps icon \x22Apps <\/div><\/span>
      Settings<\/div><\/span>
      Application manager<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span> (Device section). <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    2. Locate then select the appropriate app.<\/div><\/span>
      If system apps aren\x27t visible, tap
      Menu \x22Menu <\/div><\/span> (located in the upper\u002Dright) >
      Show system<\/div><\/span> . <\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
    3. If available, tap
      Permissions<\/div><\/span> . <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    4. Select available permissions (e.g., Camera, Contacts, Location, etc.) to turn on \x22Switch or off \x22Switch . <\/div><\/span>
      If prompted, review the message then tap CANCEL or DENY.<\/div><\/div>
