Here\x27s some info that helps if your Samsung device doesn\x27t turn on or off.<\/div><\/div>
Press and hold the
Power button<\/div><\/span> for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles.
If the device doesn\x27t power on or is unresponsive, attempt the following:<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  1. Press and hold the
    Power button<\/div><\/span> and
    Volume button<\/div><\/span> for 30 seconds.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Plug the device into a manufacturer\u002Dapproved wall charger and wait 1 hour.<\/div><\/span>
    The battery charging indicator may take up to 10 minutes to appear on the phone\x27s screen.<\/div><\/div>
    The Samsung factory charger is required to properly charge the device. Battery damage can result from prolonged use of a 3rd party charger.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  3. If the LED indicator doesn\x27t light up after 10 minutes, move the wall charger to a different outlet to ensure the issue isn\x27t with the outlet.<\/div><\/span>
