From a Home screen, navigate:

Tap the \x27Magnification gestures\x27 or \x27Touch zoom\x27 switch to turn on or off .<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

To zoom, quickly tap the screen 3 times with one finger.<\/div><\/li>
Drag 2 or more fingers to scroll.<\/div><\/li>
