Use My ɧ��Ƶ or the ɧ��Ƶ Family app to change your ɧ��Ƶ Family subscription level. To access more features, consider upgrading to ɧ��Ƶ Family Plus.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

A downgrade of Smart Family Plus to ɧ��Ƶ Family (free plan) must be done in your My ɧ��Ƶ account.<\/div><\/div>
To perform the steps below, you need to:
ensure the ɧ��Ƶ Family app is installed<\/a> on the Guardian\x27s device.<\/div><\/li>
sign in to the app using a My ɧ��Ƶ<\/a> user ID or mobile number that has Guardian access privileges.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

Upgrade to Plus Subscription in ɧ��Ƶ Family App<\/div><\/h2>
From the ɧ��Ƶ Family app<\/a>, tap the
More tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Account<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Subscription<\/div><\/span>. <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select
ɧ��Ƶ Family Plus<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

This option is unavailable if your account has a line on the justkids plan. To remove your ɧ��Ƶ Family subscription, you must first change your plan.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Review and accept the Terms \x26 Conditions and Privacy Policy then tap
Enroll<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Upgrade \/ Downgrade Subscription in My ɧ��Ƶ<\/div><\/h2>
Do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
Open the
My ɧ��Ƶ app<\/div><\/span> then from the Me tab, navigate:
Manage products \x26 plan perks<\/div><\/span>

From a web browser, sign in to My ɧ��Ƶ<\/a> then navigate:

Select

Select a new plan then select
