Here\x27s how to reset apps if your GizmoTablet crashes, resets or freezes.<\/div><\/div>
Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings can be backed up to Google\x27s servers<\/a><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  1. Open the
    Settings app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Tap
    Apps<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Ensure \x27All\x27 is selected.<\/div><\/span>
    If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown icon<\/div><\/span> \x22Dropdown then select
    All<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  4. Do any of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • Reset Individual App
      Resetting an app doesn\x27t remove saved items on the device (e.g., texts, pictures, voicemails, etc.); however, saved passwords for Wi\u002DFi, settings, backgrounds, etc. within the app itself may be reset.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
      1. Locate then select the appropriate app.
        If system apps aren\x27t visible, tap the
        Menu icon \x22Menu <\/div><\/span>
        Show system apps<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
      2. Tap
        Force stop<\/div><\/span> then tap
        Force stop<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      3. Tap
        Storage<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      4. Tap
        Clear data<\/div><\/span>.
        This option may not be available for some apps.<\/div><\/div>
        Resetting an app or clearing data storage may delete saved info within the app (e.g., calendar events may be lost).<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      5. Reset All App Preferences
        This option resets app preferences for disabled apps, notification restrictions for apps, default apps, background data restrictions for apps, and permission restrictions.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
