Changing the APN may be harmful to the stability, performance and security of the MiFi. Contact your local IT admin before altering any of these settings.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div>

LTE Access Point Name (APN) Definitions<\/div><\/h2>

vzwims<\/div><\/b>: Used for connections to IMS services. Required for TXT messaging.<\/div><\/li>
vzwadmin<\/div><\/b>: Used for administrative functions.<\/div><\/li>
vzwinternet<\/div><\/b>: Required for general internet connections.<\/div><\/li>
vzwapp<\/div><\/span>: Required for PDA data service<\/div><\/li>
vzwcf<\/div><\/span>: Used for connections that must be routed through content filtering.<\/div><\/li>
xx.vzwentp<\/div><\/span>: Used for connections to mobile private networks.
\x27xx\x27 would be replaced by the enterprise MPN identifier.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
xx.vzwstatic<\/div><\/span>: Used for static IP connections.

Access the Admin Web Interface<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Settings section, click the
Navigation arrow<\/div><\/span> (lower\u002Dright) to open the Settings page.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
Advanced tab<\/div><\/span>, review the warning then click
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the APN Settings section in the Network tab, enter the APN as required.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
