Here\x27s how to turn the real\u002Dtime text (RTT) feature for your eTalk on or off.<\/div><\/div>
Real\u002Dtime text (RTT) is text transmitted instantly as it is typed or created. Recipients can immediately read the message while it is being written, without waiting or the need for an additional device.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  1. From the main screen, choose
    Menu<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
    Utilize the 5\u002Dway navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.<\/div><\/div>

  2. Select
    Tools \x26 Settings<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Select
    Accessibility<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. If prompted, select
    OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. Select
    Real Time Text<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  6. Highlight a setting then select
    OK<\/div><\/span>:<\/div><\/span>
    When RTT is enabled on both devices no audio is heard on the call. If you aren\x27t hearing audio make sure RTT is turned off.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
