Here\x27s how to reset apps if your motorola edge+ crashes, resets or freezes.<\/div><\/div>

  1. Open the

  2. Navigate:
    Apps<\/div><\/span>
    See all apps<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Do any of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • Reset Individual App
      Resetting an app doesn\x27t remove saved items on the device (e.g., texts, pictures, voicemails, etc.); however, saved passwords for Wi\u002DFi, settings, backgrounds, etc. within the app itself may be reset.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
      1. Locate then select the appropriate app.
        If system apps aren\x27t visible, tap the
        Menu icon<\/div><\/span> \x22Menu then tap
        Show system<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
      2. Tap
        Force stop<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      3. Tap
        OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      4. Tap
        Storage \x26 cache<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      5. Tap
        Clear storage<\/div><\/span>.
        This option may not be available for some apps.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
      6. Tap
        OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      7. Reset All App Preferences
        This option resets app preferences for disabled apps, notification restrictions for apps, default apps, background data restrictions for apps, and permission restrictions.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
