Here\x27s how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your motorola edge+.<\/div><\/div>
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture\u002Dfree.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  4. Perform one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • First Time Setup
      1. From the \x27Unlock with your fingerprint\x27 screen, tap
        Setup<\/div><\/span>.
        If applicable, review the \x27Using a screen protector\x27 prompt then tap
        Got it<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
      2. Touch and hold the onscreen
        Fingerprint sensor<\/div><\/span>, follow the prompts to scan your fingerprint then repeat as necessary until the process completes.<\/div><\/li>
      3. Tap
        Done<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      4. Add More Fingerprints
        1. Tap
          Add fingerprint<\/div><\/span>.
          Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
        2. From the \x27Using a screen protector\x27 prompt, review then tap
          Got it<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        3. Touch and hold the onscreen
          Fingerprint sensor<\/div><\/span>, follow the prompts to scan your fingerprint then repeat as necessary until the process completes.<\/div><\/li>
        4. Tap \x27Done\x27 if finished or \x27Add another\x27 to continue adding fingerprints.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
        5. Remove Fingerprint(s)
          1. Tap the
            Delete icon<\/div><\/span> \x22Delete to the right of the fingerprint you want to remove, then tap
            Delete<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
          2. If presented with \x27Remove all fingerprints?\x27, tap
