Here\x27s how to repair OnePlus software via the Software Upgrade Assistant if an over\u002Dthe\u002Dair update failed.<\/div><\/div>

The repair process may take up to 30\u002D90 minutes. Do not disconnect the device from the computer during the repair process.<\/div><\/div>

To use the Software Repair Assistant (SRA), ensure the wireless device is powered on and able to be unlocked if necessary then connect it to a compatible computer using the supplied USB cable.<\/div><\/li>
If the device is not recognized immediately, pull down the notification panel to switch the device mode from \x27Charge Only\x27 to \x27MTP\x27, \x27File Transfer\x27 or \x27Software Installation\x27 mode.<\/div><\/li>
For those devices without the \x27File Transfer\x27 option (e.g., IN2019, etc.), tap \x27Connected for charging: touch for other USB options\x27 then tap \x27Transferring Media Files\x27.<\/div><\/li>

If presented with the message concerning data being erased, tap or click
