Here\x27s how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your DuraSport 5G UW.<\/div><\/div>

For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture\u002Dfree.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>

Ensure a secure screen lock (e.g., pattern, PIN or password) is set up<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Open the
Settings app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Navigate:
Security<\/div><\/span>
Face \x26 Fingerprint Unlock<\/div><\/span>
Fingerprint<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Perform one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
First Time Setup
From the \x27Set up your fingerprint\x27 screen, review the info then tap
I agree<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Follow the on\u002Dscreen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process completes.<\/div><\/li>
If needed, enter a Fingerprint name then tap
Done <\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
Add More Fingerprints
Tap
Add fingerprint<\/div><\/span>.
Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Follow the on\u002Dscreen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process completes.<\/div><\/li>
Tap \x27Done\x27 if finished or \x27Add fingerprint\x27 to continue adding fingerprints.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
Remove Fingerprint(s)
Tap the
Delete icon<\/div><\/span> to the right of the fingerprint you wish to remove.<\/div><\/li>
Tap
