If you use two phone numbers for messaging on your Samsung device, changing the default helps ensure messages always originate from your preferred line.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
You can send SMS \/ MMS messages using either mobile number. To switch numbers before sending a message, follow these instructions.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the
    Messages app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. From the Inbox, tap the
    New message icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. From the To field, enter a 10\u002Ddigit mobile number or a contact name.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Tap the
    Change SIM button<\/div><\/span> to choose the SIM from which messages will be sent in this conversation.<\/div><\/span>
    The SIM button only appears when starting a new conversation. To switch SIMs later, a new conversation must be created.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  5. Enter the desired message then tap the
