If your Orbic Speed 5G powers off, crashes\/resets, freezes or runs slowly, view this info.<\/div><\/div>
Restore Settings to Factory Defaults on your Orbic®<\/span> Speed 5G™<\/span> only if necessary as it removes all modified settings including Network Name (SSID), Wi\u002DFi \/ admin password, etc.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div>

Via Device<\/div><\/h2>
The Master Reset button is in a small hole located on the bottom of the device, underneath the battery cover. Pressing this button returns the device to factory settings.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>
  1. Remove the battery cover.<\/div><\/span>
    Insert your fingers into the battery cover removal notch at the left edge of the battery cover then lift and remove the battery cover. Set the cover aside.<\/div><\/div>

  2. With the back cover removed, locate the
    Reset button<\/div><\/span>.

  3. Press and hold the
    Reset button<\/div><\/span> with your finger or use the tip of a pencil or pen.<\/div><\/span>
    Hold down for approximately 5 seconds or until the display shows \x27Resetting\x27.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  4. Replace the battery cover.<\/div><\/span>
