Here\x27s how to place a Get Help call from your Care Smart enabled smartwatch.<\/div><\/div>

The Get Help icon is orange for the Get Help \u002D Caregiver Alert service and red for the Get Help \u002D Professional Monitoring service.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div>

Get Help \u002D Caregiver Alert<\/div><\/h2>

Get Help \u002D Caregiver Alert is not available on Android smartwatches. For Android, refer to Get Help \u002D Professional Monitoring.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>

From the Apple Watch, open the Care Smart app.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap the

Get Help<\/div><\/span> icon.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Select the Trust Circle member then tap the

Get Help phone icon<\/div><\/span>. <\/div><\/span>

Select ‘No. Don\x27t call’ to cancel.<\/div><\/div>

Once a call is initiated, it\x27s logged in the \x27Emergency calls\x27 tab in the Get Help history<\/a> section. Users can also create a group chat from this section.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
