A keyphrase secures your sign\u002Din and adds encryption to your data. Using a recovery key ensures you never lose login access, keeping your sensitive info private and reachable.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
A keyphrase is a secret, unique and memorable group of words used like a password to get into the Digital Footprint Manager. For example, \x22Ducks fly over 24\u002Dacres!\x22<\/div><\/div>
If you forget your keyphrase, the only way to open the Digital Footprint Manager is to reset it using the recovery key.<\/div><\/div>
If you lost or forgot your recovery key and need a new one, all content will be erased and you\x27ll need to add it again.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Create a Keyphrase<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the
    ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Protect<\/div><\/span> app.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Navigate:
    Services<\/div><\/span>
    Digital Footprint Manager<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Review the info about password manager then tap
    Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Enter your unique keyphrase into the required fields then tap
    Continue<\/div><\/span>. <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. To enable biometrics (e.g, Face ID) tap
    Yes<\/div><\/span> then tap
    Ok<\/div><\/span> to allow permissions.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  6. Tap
    Save recovery key<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  7. Tap
    Download<\/div><\/span> to save it somewhere safe then tap
    Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
    The recovery key will not be displayed once you select Continue.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

    Reset a Keyphrase With Recovery Key<\/div><\/h2>
    1. Open the
      ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Protect app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    2. Navigate:
      Services<\/div><\/span>
      Digital Footprint Manager<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    3. From the Enter keyphrase screen, tap
      Forgot keyphrase<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    4. Enter your recovery key, New keyphrase and Confirm keyphrase then tap
      Save changes<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    5. Tap
      Save recovery key<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    6. Tap
      Download<\/div><\/span> to save your new recovery key somewhere safe.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

      1. Open the

      2. Navigate:

        Digital Footprint Manager<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
      3. From the Enter keyphrase screen, tap
        Forgot keyphrase<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
      4. Tap
        Forgot recovery key<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
        Forgot keyphrase displays after an unsuccessful login attempt.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
