Enable safety features (e.g., Location sharing, Fall Detection) within the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family app on your Androidâ„¢<\/span> smartwatch to use with 24\/7 Assist.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
To use Fall Detection with 24\/7 Assist, ensure ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family with 24\/7 Assist<\/a> is set up on your paired smartphone. A subscription to ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family Plus is required to use 24\/7 Assist.<\/div><\/div>
If 24\/7 Assist is turned off, Fall Detection will not send notifications to 24\/7 assist.<\/div><\/div>
Install the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family app on your Android smartwatch then enable location sharing<\/a>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. To enable Fall Detection in the native watch settings and the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family watch app, do the following:<\/div><\/span>
    Fall Detection must be enabled in both, the watch and the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family watch app.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
    • To enable Fall Detection on Pixel watches:
      1. Press the
        Crown button<\/div><\/span> on the right side of the device.<\/div><\/li>
      2. Tap
        Personal Safety<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      3. Tap
        Fall detection<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      4. Tap the
        Use fall detection switch<\/div><\/span> to turn on.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      5. To enable Fall Detection on Galaxy watches:
        1. Open the
          Settings app<\/div><\/span> on your watch.<\/div><\/li>
        2. Tap
          Safety and emergency<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        3. Tap
          Hard fall detection<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        4. Tap the
          Hard fall detection switch<\/div><\/span> to turn on.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
        5. To enable Fall Detection through the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family watch app:
          1. On your smartwatch, open the
            ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family Watch app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
          2. From the 24\/7 Assist screen, tap
            Set up<\/div><\/span> located below Fall detection.<\/div><\/li>
          3. Allow ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Family access to physical activity by tapping
            Allow<\/div><\/span>.
