As a parent, you can download a data file containing details about your child\x27s interactions with the Gizmo Ask \x26 Learn service, allowing you to easily monitor their activity.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Gizmo Ask \x26 Learn is supported on the following devices:

Gizmo Watch 3 (firmware QTAX57_20B51 or later)<\/div><\/li>

Gizmo Watch 3 Adventure (firmware QTAX59_20B29 or later)<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

The following versions of the GizmoHub app are required:

iOS: 9.3.4 or later<\/div><\/li>

Android: 9.3.8.201 or later<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

Interaction data can be requested up to twice per day.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Open the
GizmoHub app<\/div><\/span> on your smartphone.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the dashboard, tap the
Battery icon<\/div><\/span> in the lower left to access Gizmo Settings.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Request interaction data<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Request copy<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
You\x27ll receive an email containing a password required to unlock your data file.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
When the download is ready, return to the Gizmo Settings screen in the GizmoHub app.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Download<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Download file<\/div><\/span> then save it to the desired location on your smartphone.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Using the password sent to your email, open the file to unzip and view your child\x27s Gizmo Ask \x26 Learn interaction data.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div>
