Turn on the hotspot feature for your Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G to share mobile data with other devices. Set up the network name, password and security type to enhance security.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Open the
Settings app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Navigate:
Connections<\/div><\/span>
Mobile Hotspot and Tethering<\/div><\/span>
Mobile Hotspot<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap either Network name, Password or Band to enter the Configure Mobile Hotspot menu.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Configure the following as preferred:<\/div><\/span>
Network name<\/div><\/li>
Password
Tap the Password field to remove the existing password.<\/div><\/li>
Enter the password then tap
Save<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
Band (e.g., 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz)<\/div><\/li>
Security (e.g., Open, WPA2\u002DPersonal, etc.)<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Advanced<\/div><\/span> to configure the available options (e.g., MAC address type, Hidden network, Wi\u002DFi sharing, etc.).<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
