Check the charging port for water damage or corrosion.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Check the charging port for bent or broken pins and lint.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If the device won\x27t power on, press and hold the
Power button<\/div><\/span> for 5\u002D10 seconds.<\/div><\/span>

If the device powers on, but doesn\x27t hold a charge, power cycle the device then charge fully and re\u002Dtest.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Ensure a manufacturer\u002Dapproved wall plug and USB charging cable are used to avoid extended charging times or other charging issues.<\/div><\/span>

If using a wireless charger<\/a>, ensure it\x27s certified and marked by the Qi logo.<\/div><\/div>

While connected to the wall charger, attempt to power on the device.<\/div><\/span>

If the battery is extremely low, the display may remain blank for up to 5 minutes before a low battery image appears. It may take 15 minutes to 2 hours before the device can be powered up.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Attempt to power on the device using an alternate manufacturer\u002Dapproved charger, if available.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If the device still won\x27t power on, trickle charge using a manufacturer\u002Dapproved USB cable plugged into a computer. Many times devices that are completely dead recover after 45 minutes to 2 hours using this trickle\u002Dcharge method. After the device recovers, finish charging by plugging into a wall outlet.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
While connected to the wall charger, press and hold the
