Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Find My Mobile is now part of SmartThings Find, a service that allows users to manage and control their missing device remotely using the SmartThings Find website<\/a>.<\/div><\/div>
A Samsung account<\/a> must be added to your device. If the device is powered off, only the last known location may be available. <\/div><\/div>
The device must be turned on and connected to a stable network connection (Cellular and\/or Wi\u002DFi). <\/div><\/div>
Remote Controls and Romote unlock must be turned on<\/a>. The Remote Control feature is on by default when adding a device to a Samsung account, allowing access via the SmartThings Find website. Note that enabling Remote Unlock may take a few hours to take effect on the website.<\/div><\/div>

Sign into the SmartThings Find website<\/a> using your Samsung account credentials.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Review the list of devices that appeaer on the left side of the screen.
