Established as a business help desk, Tech Support Pro is designed to support the installation, set up and troubleshooting of networks, computers, printers, smartphones, gaming systems, software, applications and certain "Internet of Things" items that utilize network connectivity to send and receive data. It also offers extended services, including data migration support, and an available smartphone tool. As a Tech Support Pro customer, you have access for an additional charge to Tech on Demand, which makes certified onsite technicians available for assistance with non-ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ installation and troubleshooting needs. It does not support the equipment provided by ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ for your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Internet or TV services.

Support areas include, but are not limited to helping you:

• Locate and remove viruses, plus install and configure anti-virus software
• Remove adware/spyware to help stop pop-ups and install/configure anti-spyware software
• Tune up your PC to increase speed and performance
• Troubleshoot email and software problems
• Troubleshoot printer, scanner, digital camera and other peripheral device problems
• Connect your wireless and other smart devices : installation, activation, and ongoing support/troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot error messages, frozen screens and much more
• Perform standard maintenance and Windows updates/patches
• Set up and use your mobile devices, including training
• Install, configure and train on new software and hardware
• Transfer data and pictures from one PC or Mac to another (less than 50GB)
