ɧƵ Business Complete Support Resources
ɧƵ Business Complete is a Device as a Service offering that includes a device, an unlimited plan, and a suite of support services, bundled together at a single price point.
Business customers can choose from two options:
(i) ɧƵ Business Complete, which includes a device, up to three (3) Accessories, ɧƵ Mobile Device Management, device upgrades every two (2) years, Wireless Phone Protection for ɧƵ Business Complete, 24/7 live tech support, and a Service Plan with Mexico/Canada included;
OR
(ii) ɧƵ Business Core Mobile Bundle, which includes all the components of ɧƵ Business Complete other than Wireless Phone Protection for ɧƵ Business Complete. Business Customers can move from ɧƵ Business Complete to ɧƵ Business Core Mobile Bundle at any time by removing Wireless Phone Protection for ɧƵ Business Complete.
ɧƵ Business Complete frees up valuable business resources by providing 24/7 live support for technical issues. Your business stays in control with an included ɧƵ Mobile Device Management license to set and manage security policies and application deployments to your mobile devices.
Wireless Phone Protection for ɧƵ Business Complete insurance provides device coverage for loss, theft, and damage (including liquid).1
Select smartphones under ɧƵ Business Complete are also covered with same-day delivery, activation, and setup, allowing you to get a replacement smartphone the same day, subject to inventory availability.2
Select smartphones are also eligible for unlimited same-day cracked screen repair, allowing you to get your screen fixed as soon as the same day for no additional cost.3
ɧƵ Business Complete includes in-store benefits, such as unlimited laptop health checkups,4 where you can take advantage of PC tune-ups, diagnostics, and virus removal, as well as unlimited device refresh,5 which can help you enjoy longer device life through deep cleanings and unlimited diagnostics designed to help you improve speed, performance, and battery life. These benefits can be used at any uBreakiFix® by Asurion and Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions™ stores near you.

If you damage your device or it goes missing, you can get help fast. An authorized administrator can visit the online claims portal at or give us a call at 1-888-655-7443 to start a claim. If you are traveling internationally, call us at 1-615-647-3364.
Our claims process is simple, and it won’t keep you from staying productive for long.
Yes, for lost, stolen and damage claims, you are responsible for paying a nonrefundable deductible once your claim is approved.
For ɧƵ Business Complete, the replacement deductible for damage is $99. The replacement deductible for loss and theft can be $189, $229, or $279, depending on smartphone model. For questions regarding deductibles, please refer to your company’s policy and contact your business administrator.
ɧƵ Business Complete allows you to upgrade devices after 24 months at no additional charge. ɧƵ Business Complete and ɧƵ Business Core Mobile Bundle include Smartphone tiers (Standard and Preferred)6 and Tablet tier (Essentials - Tablet)7, each of which includes a specific set of Devices. Customers can change tiers at any time with a $75 change fee before 2 years. Changing tiers requires the selection of a new Device available for the new tier.
- A $75 change fee per device will be applied upon termination of the device as a service agreement
- ɧƵ will provide a return kit for you to return the device
- You will have 30 days to return the ɧƵ Business Complete device
- The account may be subject to an additional charge up to the fair market value if you fail to return the device, or ɧƵ determines that the device is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
You can transition from ɧƵ Business Complete to a new device and plan.
ɧƵ MDM provides a comprehensive solution that enables IT administrators to manage, track and control mobile devices and mobile applications connecting to their networks. Settings can be configured and applied from a single administrative console to remotely:
- Apply policies based on groups, such as departments, locations or roles as well as events
- Prevent users from changing settings and restrict device connections
- Locate, lock or wipe devices that have been lost or stolen
- Synchronize devices purchased through ɧƵ automatically
