What is ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete is a Device as a Service offering that includes a device, an unlimited plan, and a suite of support services, bundled together at a single price point.

Business customers can choose from two options:

(i) ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete, which includes a device, up to three (3) Accessories, ɧ��Ƶ Mobile Device Management, device upgrades every two (2) years, Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete, 24/7 live tech support, and a Service Plan with Mexico/Canada included;

(ii) ɧ��Ƶ Business Core Mobile Bundle, which includes all the components of ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete other than Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete. Business Customers can move from ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete to ɧ��Ƶ Business Core Mobile Bundle at any time by removing Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete.

ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete frees up valuable business resources by providing 24/7 live support for technical issues. Your business stays in control with an included ɧ��Ƶ Mobile Device Management license to set and manage security policies and application deployments to your mobile devices.

What is included with Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete insurance provides device coverage for loss, theft, and damage (including liquid).¹��

Select smartphones under ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete are also covered with same-day delivery, activation, and setup, allowing you to get a replacement smartphone the same day, subject to inventory availability.²

Select smartphones are also eligible for unlimited same-day cracked screen repair, allowing you to get your screen fixed as soon as the same day for no additional cost.³

ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete includes in-store benefits, such as unlimited laptop health checkups,⁴ where you can take advantage of PC tune-ups, diagnostics, and virus removal, as well as unlimited device refresh,⁵ which can help you enjoy longer device life through deep cleanings and unlimited diagnostics designed to help you improve speed, performance, and battery life. How do I file an insurance claim on with ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

If you damage your device or it goes missing, you can get help fast. An authorized administrator can visit the online claims portal at or give us a call at 1-888-655-7443 to start a claim. If you are traveling internationally, call us at 1-615-647-3364.

Our claims process is simple, and it won’t keep you from staying productive for long.

Do I have to pay a deductible?

Yes, for lost, stolen and damage claims, you are responsible for paying a nonrefundable deductible once your claim is approved.

For ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete, the replacement deductible for damage is $99. The replacement deductible for loss and theft can be $189, $229, or $279, depending on smartphone model. For questions regarding deductibles, please refer to your company’s policy and contact your business administrator.

Is there a limit on insurance claims?

There is a two claim limit every 12 months, and a device claim maximum of $3,000. When you reach this maximum, contact your business administrator. You may be responsible for repair or non-return fees after the claim limit is reached.

Am I locked into a long term agreement or contract?

No. ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete is a month to month service agreement. You have the flexibility to pay $75 to end the service and return the device.

What if I want to switch tiers or make other changes?

ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete allows you to upgrade devices after 24 months at no additional charge. ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete and ɧ��Ƶ Business Core Mobile Bundle include Smartphone tiers (Standard and Preferred)⁶ and Tablet tier (Essentials - Tablet)⁷, each of which includes a specific set of Devices. Customers can change tiers at any time with a $75 change fee before 2 years. Changing tiers requires the selection of a new Device available for the new tier.

What happens after I disconnect or unenroll from ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

A $75 change fee per device will be applied upon termination of the device as a service agreement
ɧ��Ƶ will provide a return kit for you to return the device
You will have 30 days to return the ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete device
The account may be subject to an additional charge up to the fair market value if you fail to return the device, or ɧ��Ƶ determines that the device is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

You can transition from ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete to a new device and plan.

Can I use a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution of my preference with ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

Yes, you can use any MDM solution of your choice. While the ɧ��Ƶ MDM service license included with ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete is a full-featured MDM solution, it is optional and requires activation.

What features are included with the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that comes with ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete?

ɧ��Ƶ MDM provides a comprehensive solution that enables IT administrators to manage, track and control mobile devices and mobile applications connecting to their networks. Settings can be configured and applied from a single administrative console to remotely:

Apply policies based on groups, such as departments, locations or roles as well as events
Prevent users from changing settings and restrict device connections
Locate, lock or wipe devices that have been lost or stolen
Synchronize devices purchased through ɧ��Ƶ automatically

Lost, stolen or damaged device replacements are provided by provided by Wireless Phone Protection for ɧ��Ƶ Business Complete, which is insurance coverage underwritten in Georgia by LM General Insurance Company (Boston, MA), in Indiana by Indiana Insurance Company (Boston, MA), in Louisiana, by Liberty Personal Insurance Company (Boston, MA), in New Jersey by Liberty Mutual Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company (Boston, MA), and in all other states by Liberty Insurance Underwriters Inc. (Boston, MA) or one of its insurance company affiliates. Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. (in California, Agent License #0B35141; in Iowa, Agent License #1001000131), is the Agent and provides the claims servicing under this program.

2. Select smartphones that only have a cracked front screen are eligible for cracked screen repair (smartphones with damage to the back glass or other damaged components beyond front glass are not eligible for cracked screen repair). Subject to parts availability, in select locations, which are subject to change at any time. Availability of same-day repair depends on criteria such as claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty. Eligibility for cracked screen repair will be determined at time of claim approval.
