ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Regulatory Obligations for Voice Services in Norway
 (the Norwegian Regulator) adopted on the markets for voice call termination on fixed networks (market 3) January 22, 2016 a new price cap for termination on fixed networks. The price cap was set at 0.006 NOK per minute from 1 April 2016. The decision states that all providers of termination to fixed voice network are to publish their prices for call termination on their respective fixed voice networks.
ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Norway AS will honor the price cap set by the Norwegian regulator as regulated under Norwegian law for any interconnect agreement between ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Norway AS and any other provider of voice services. The price cap of 0.006 NOK per minute applies for termination to ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ subscribers in the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Norway Fixed Voice Network.
