What is ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward?
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward provides reduced cost internet to eligible new or existing customers. Qualifying customers receive a service discount of up to $30/mo on their Fios, 5G Home, LTE Home, VHI Lite and Frontier Fiber Internet plan price.
How does the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount work?
The ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount is a variable discount of up to $30/month on your data internet plan. The discount will be calculated and your end-cost, after all discounts are applied, will be $20 or higher with ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward, depending on the internet plan you choose.
What affordable ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Home Internet options are available?
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ participated in ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) while the program was active prior to the last fully funded month of April 2024. ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward was established to provide reduced-cost internet to eligible new or existing home internet customers who have qualified for Lifeline, SNAP, WIC, and other assistance programs within 180 days of application or received a Federal Pell Grant within the past year. Residents of New York state may also qualify via the New York Affordable Broadband Act (ABA). Qualifying customers receive a service discount on their Fios Internet, 5G Home or LTE Home Internet plan price.
Which ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Home Internet plans qualify for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward?
New or existing customers may qualify with our in-market plans: 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, 5G Home Ultimate, LTE Home, LTE Home Plus, or Fios 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gig or 2 Gig and VHI Lite residential Internet plans may apply. Limited to 1 ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount per account.
Which Frontier Home Internet plans qualify for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward?
New or existing customers may qualify with our in-market plans: Fiber 15 Internet, Fiber 30 Internet, Fiber 200, Fiber 500, Fiber 1 Gig, Fiber 2 Gig, Fiber 5 Gig, Fiber 7 Gig residential Internet plans may apply. Limited to 1 ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount per account.
Who is eligible for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward?
Fios Internet, 5G Home, LTE Home, VHI Lite & Frontier Fiber internet customers may be eligible for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward if they meet at least one of the criteria below:
- Qualified for one of these assistance programs within 180 days prior to application:
- Lifeline - Income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- SNAP, Medicaid, or other programs ()
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) ()
- Income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Received a Federal Pell Grant within a year prior to application
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
- Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) General Assistance
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR)
- Tribally Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
- Tribal Head Start (only those households meeting its income qualifying standard)

Residents of New York:
ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward provides qualifying customers residing in New York state with affordable internet under the New York Affordable Broadband Act (ABA) for as low as $20/mo or less with our in-market Fios Internet, 5G Home, LTE Home & VHI Lite plans depending on speed and service availability at your address. Frontier Fiber will be available in the coming months.
Residents of New York state may also qualify for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward via any of these additional programs:
- Free or reduced-priced lunch through the National School Lunch Program
- Senior Citizen rent increase exemption
- Disability rent increase exemption
- Affordability benefit from a utility
Residents of Connecticut:

- Existing Customers: After signing in, follow the prompts to confirm your plan's eligibility and begin your enrollment.
- Step 2: Application and Document Upload (If Required).
- Complete the application and upload any required eligibility documents.
- If no documents are required, your status will be provided real time. If documentation is required, your status will be provided via email within 2 business days.
- Step 3: Apply the Discount (Crucial Step).
- IMPORTANT: If qualified, you will receive an email with a link to apply the discount. You must click "Continue" and follow the prompts to add the discount to your service.

We are working to bring ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward to all of our Frontier customers. Check availability or sign in to find out more. ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward is not currently available to Frontier customers in California and New York, but will be by the end of July 2026.
I am a Frontier customer, how do I apply for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward?
- Step 1: Check Availability & Begin Enrollment.
- Click "Check Availability" or "Sign In" above.
- New Customers: Follow the prompts to check service availability at your address and begin the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward enrollment.
- Existing Customers: Follow the prompts to confirm your plan's eligibility and begin your enrollment.
- Step 2: Application and Document Upload (If Required).
- Complete the application and upload any required eligibility documents.
- If documentation is required, an update to your application status is provided via email usually within 2 business days.
- If your application is Qualified in real time, no additional documentation is required. Proceed to step 3.
- Step 3: Apply the Discount (Crucial Step).
- IMPORTANT: If qualified, you will receive an email with an enrollment number.
- New Customers: Order your Fiber service. Once your Frontier Fiber service is installed and active, call 1-800-921-8101 and provide the enrollment number found in your confirmation email to ensure the discount is applied to your bill.
- Existing Customers: Once you are qualified for ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward, call 1-800-921-8101 at your earliest convenience and provide the enrollment number found in your confirmation email to ensure the discount is applied to your bill.
- Please note: The discount will not be applied to your service until you complete this final step.
I am a Frontier customer, can I see if I qualify before ordering service?
Yes, you can start and complete your validation process and verify eligibility. Just keep your enrollment number and it can then be applied to your Frontier service once your order completes. You can enroll and then Explore Fiber Plans to find the service that best matches your household's needs.
Can ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward be combined with other discounts?
Yes, the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount may be combined with certain other discounts such as Auto Pay, Mobile + Home Discount, Lifeline, Military & Veterans Discount, and others as applicable. However, the amount of the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount may be reduced by other discounts on your internet service.
When will I see the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount on my bill?
After your eligibility is confirmed and you have applied the discount to your new or existing services, the ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ Forward discount will appear within 1-2 bill cycles as a credit of "up to $30/mo". If you are a new ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ customer, you will need to install and activate service first.
