How can I get tickets to the FIFA World Cup?
As a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ customer, you'll have the chance to try to claim tickets to select games in 11 host cities through ticket drops on the myAccess portal.
How do the ticket drops work?
Ticket drops are available exclusively for ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ customers through myAccess on a first-come, first-served basis, and will continue throughout 2026. Download the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app to check for the latest information.
How will I know when ticket drops are happening?
We'll keep you informed through several channels:
- You'll see countdown timers on the myAccess carousel tiles 24 hours before a drop.
- You can check our social media accounts and look for announcements on our website.
- Retail stores will have a QR code you can scan to get info and download the myAccess app.
Who is eligible to participate in the ticket drops?
All ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ postpaid customers, including Fios-only customers, are eligible.
What happens if I claim tickets?
If you claim tickets, you'll be notified immediately within myAccess. Your tickets will be emailed to you three days before the event. Please note, travel and accommodations are not included, and tickets are non-transferable.
What other exclusive perks are available?
In addition to tickets, ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ will offer exclusive access to player meet and greets, merch drops, and content. There will also be exclusive local events that positively impact communities.
Will tickets only be available for matches in the US?
Yes, we are currently offering tickets to matches across the US.
