You can qualify for the Hoy Health discount if you are:

• A new or existing ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer.
• An existing Hoy Health member, and you are currently a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer or if you sign up as a new ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer.

You can share your discount with up to 9 other family members within your account.

You must complete program registration on Hoy Health's website. You can only have 1 Hoy Health registration for each ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ account.

Note: Prepaid wireless accounts, business accounts and customers subscribing only to ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Fios Internet, TV & Home Phone are not eligible.

Only the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Account Owner or Account Manager can enroll in the Hoy Health discount program through My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ.

1. Visit the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health page and select Enroll Now.
2. You'll be prompted to sign in to your wireless account.
3. Review the Terms & Conditions.
4. Select Go to Hoy Health.
5. Complete the steps on the Hoy Health website to finish your registration.
6. You'll receive an email confirming that you are registered for the discount.

Yes. If you are already a member of Hoy Health, you can still get the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health discount program. You must have a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless account to qualify.

Visit the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health page to sign up for the discount.

If you are already a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer:

• Select Enroll now at the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health page and follow instructions to register for the discount program on the Hoy Health website. The ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health discount will be linked to your current Hoy Health membership after you sign in with your current Hoy Health account information.

If you are not already a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer:

• Select Join ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ and follow instructions to sign up for a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless account.

When you register for the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ Hoy Health discount program, you can share discounts with up to 9 other family members within your account.

Once you register with Hoy Health, you can get a discount code that you can share with family members.

Once you disconnect your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ service, you are no longer eligible for the discount program.

You can remain a Hoy Health customer, but you will no longer receive the additional discounts you receive as a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer.

When you sign up for the ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless discount program, you will get an email confirming your enrollment.

If you suspend your ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless service, your Hoy Health discount will stay in effect throughout the suspension period. If you cancel ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ service, your Hoy Health discount immediately ends.

You don't need to cancel your Hoy Health account if you are no longer a ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ wireless customer. You can continue to use Hoy Health products and services at regular prices.
