Using the My ɧ��Ƶ website to register and create a profile unlocks easy access to manage your account, view bills, and take advantage of all ɧ��Ƶ\x27s online features.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

The My ɧ��Ƶ User ID \/ 10\u002Ddigit mobile number and password are used to access all ɧ��Ƶ wireless portals (e.g., My ɧ��Ƶ, ɧ��Ƶ Cloud, etc.).<\/div><\/div>
We are gradually rolling out a faster, streamlined registration process to our ɧ��Ƶ mobile customers. If you are a 5G Home Internet or Prepaid customer, or if you register before the new experience reaches your mobile account, you will continue to use our standard registration process.<\/div><\/div>

Streamlined Registration<\/div><\/h2>
Navigate to the My ɧ��Ƶ Registration<\/a> page.<\/div><\/span>

If you are prompted to select Mobile or 5G Home service before entering an email address, follow the Standard Registration steps.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Create the profile by entering a password and an email address for the User ID.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Check the box to agree to the Terms \x26 Conditions and Privacy Policy then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If no account is found, choose the service type, enter the mobile number then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If a Wireless Home Internet or Prepaid mobile is selected and you’re prompted again to create the profile, refer to Standard Registration steps.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Verify the device:<\/div><\/span>
For text\u002Dcapable devices: Select
Send<\/div><\/span>. Enter the code sent to the phone within 2 minutes then select
Submit<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
For devices without texting (e.g., tablets, mobile hotspots, etc.), select a verification option:
To verify by email: Choose
Email address<\/div><\/span> then select
Submit<\/div><\/span>. Enter the code sent to the email within 2 minutes then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
To verify by US mail: Choose
By US mail<\/div><\/span> then select
Confirm<\/div><\/span>. A letter is mailed to the address on the account with a temporary code and registration instructions within 3\u002D7 business days.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul> <\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
If prompted, confirm the applicable account role, enter any requested info then select

Standard Registration<\/div><\/h2>
Navigate to the My ɧ��Ƶ Registration<\/a> page then select
Mobile<\/div><\/span> or
5G Home Internet<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If you are not prompted to select the service before entering an email address, follow the Streamline Registration steps.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Create the profile by entering a password and an email address for the User ID.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Check the box to agree to the Terms \x26 Conditions and Privacy Policy then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Check the email and select the
Verify email link<\/div><\/span> within 5 minutes.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Return to the registration window. Choose a question from the dropdown menu, type the answer, and select

To link services, select
ɧ��Ƶ phone number<\/div><\/span> or
Account number<\/div><\/span>, enter the applicable info then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If \x27I\x27ll do this later\x27 is selected, tap
Link services<\/div><\/span> from the My ɧ��Ƶ Home page to continue the remaining steps later.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
If prompted, confirm the applicable account role, enter any requested info then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If prompted, select the line of service.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Choose one of the following then select

Mobile device
A free text is sent to the number provided. Select the link received within 2 minutes, choose
Allow access<\/div><\/span> then select

Email address
An email is sent to the address provided. Select the link received within 2 minutes, choose
Allow access<\/div><\/span> then select

U.S. mail
A letter is mailed to the address on the account with a temporary code. If selected, return to this step and select
