Use the One Talk portal or the My ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ for Business app to control how your main company line routes calls. Update group members, define calling sequences, and set rules for call waiting or voicemail to ensure optimal service.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
Incoming calls to a company Hunt Group line ring to a group of users as defined by the administrator. There are four ring sequences for the company to use.<\/div><\/div>
Incoming text and picture messages can be received and replied to by a group of One Talk users with mobile apps that are assigned to the group.<\/div><\/div>
Users can only reply to received messages; they can\x27t initiate a new message from the Hunt Group.<\/div><\/div>
If a customer calls the phone number associated with a message thread, Voice Hunt Group settings are used to route the call. For consistency in conversation with the customer, it\x27s recommended to have the same members for voice and messaging.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
