One Talk Portal <\/div><\/span> View \/ Update Schedule<\/div><\/h1>

Managing schedules in the One Talk admin portal ensures that incoming calls are routed correctly based on your defined business hours and automatically handles after\u002Dhours routing.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

When saving an update to a schedule that is currently assigned to features on One Talk numbers, a pop\u002Dup message shows a list of the current features and numbers that are assigned to the schedule.<\/div><\/div>

Any hours not included in the business schedule default to the configuration for after hours.<\/div><\/div>

Holiday schedules can only be created in all\u002Dday increments and take effect for the entire day(s) scheduled or by the hour block for only the 24 hours of that calendar day.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Product Portals section, click
One Talk<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27I want to\x27 section, click
Manage schedules<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Schedule name column, click the desired schedule to view it.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
To update a schedule, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction then click
Submit<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
