Moving a call between endpoints gives you flexibility during your workday. Start a call on one device, like your desk phone, and move it to your mobile app when you need to leave, ensuring the call is never dropped.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
The option to move a call isn\x27t available from the Androidâ„¢<\/span> native dialer.<\/div><\/div>

Desk Phone to Mobile App<\/div><\/h2>
  1. During an active call on the desk phone, press
    Hold<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
    On the desk phone, the line key shows a flashing red light while the caller is on hold.<\/div><\/div>
    For the One Talk DECT IP Cordless Phone, select
    Options<\/div><\/span>
    Hold<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  2. From the One Talk mobile app, tap the
    Active Call Info bar<\/div><\/span> at the top of the screen to continue the call.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Tap the
    Down arrow<\/div><\/span> to expand the menu.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Tap
    Retrieve<\/div><\/span> to pick up the active call.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

    Desk Phone to iOS Native Dialer<\/div><\/h2>
    1. During an active call on the desk phone, press
      Hold<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
      On the desk phone, the line key shows a flashing red light while the caller is on hold.<\/div><\/div>
      For the One Talk DECT IP Cordless Phone, navigate:

      1. During an active call on the One Talk mobile device, tap

      2. Pick up the desk phone handset then press the
        Line key<\/div><\/span> to continue the call.<\/div><\/span>

        1. During an active call on your iPhone, touch and hold
          Mute<\/div><\/span> for 5 seconds to place the call on hold.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        2. Pick up the desk phone handset then press the
          Line key<\/div><\/span> to continue the call.<\/div><\/span>
          On the desk phone, the line key shows a flashing red light while the caller is on hold.<\/div><\/div>
