One Talk <\/div><\/span> Transfer a Call (Enhanced Dialer \/ Mobile App)<\/div><\/h1>
Follow these instructions to transfer calls using the One Talk mobile app or your mobile phone\x27s dialer. You can transfer immediately upon receiving ringback (Direct \/ Blind) or after consulting with the other party first (Consultative).<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
To ensure your mobile device is compatible with One Talk, refer to this list of supported devices<\/a>.<\/div><\/div>
Refer to Native Dialer Call \/ Feature Codes<\/a> for info on available dialer codes.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Enhanced Dialer and Mobile App<\/div><\/h2>
  1. During an active call, tap
    Transfer<\/div><\/span> to place the call on hold.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
    • To transfer to another number without advising the other party:
      1. Select
        Direct Transfer<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      2. Enter a 10\u002Ddigit phone number or select a contact then tap the
        Call icon<\/div><\/span> to connect the call.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      3. To speak with the other party before transferring the call:
        1. Select
          Consultative Transfer<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        2. Enter a 10\u002Ddigit phone number or select a contact then tap the
          Call icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        3. Consult with the other party then tap
