View past or current data usage and generate data consumption reports for your records using the My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app.<\/div><\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Open the
My ɧ»¢ÊÓƵ app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Depending on your plan, tap the \x27Mobile\x27 or \x27Home\x27 tab.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Usage section, view your account usage for the current bill cycle.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Usage<\/div><\/span> then do any of the following:<\/div><\/span>
To view each line\x27s usage, tap the
Down arrow icon<\/div><\/span> next to the current device then select the desired phone number.<\/div><\/li>
To view past data usage:
From the Usage tools section, tap the
Select a timeframe menu<\/div><\/span> then select one of the past three cycles.<\/div><\/li>
From that \x27Would you like in the report\x27 section, tap
Data use<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
From the \x27How would you like to receive your usage history\x27 section, select \x27Excel spreadsheet\x27, \x27CSV file\x27 or \x27PDF file\x27.<\/div><\/li>
