One Talk Portal <\/div><\/span> Add \/ Remove Devices (Endpoints)<\/div><\/h1>

If a team member receives a device upgrade or replacement, the One Talk admin portal allows you to easily activate the new device and retire the old one.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Only compatible smartphones and desk phones can be added using this process. One Talk mobile app endpoints are added in the app.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Product Portals section, click
One Talk<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27I want to\x27 section, click
Manage lines and devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
Devices tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the applicable phone number in the left column.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
To add a One Talk endpoint:
From the \x27Associated devices\x27 tab, click
Add device<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Select
Activate existing<\/div><\/span> or
Purchase new<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the order then click
Submit<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
To remove a One Talk endpoint:
Click
View more<\/div><\/span> on the tile for the device you want to remove.<\/div><\/li>
Click
Remove [device name]<\/div><\/span> below Device ID.
To remove all endpoints, click
Remove all<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
To confirm, click
