One Talk Mobile App <\/div><\/span> Place a Conference Call<\/div><\/h1>
The conference call function allows up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation. Conferencing is supported in the One Talk mobile app as well as the Enhanced Dialer and iOS or Androidâ„¢<\/span> native dialer.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Each conference participant must be called by the call originator.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Mobile App<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the
    One Talk app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Tap the
    Keypad icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. From the Keypad tab, enter the desired 10\u002Ddigit number then tap the
    Phone icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. After the call connects, tap
    Add a call<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. Enter a 10\u002Ddigit number or extension or select a number from contacts then tap the
    Call icon<\/div><\/span> to dial the party you\x27re adding.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  6. When the next party answers, tap
    Merge<\/div><\/span> when you\x27re ready to add to the conference. <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  7. Repeat steps 4\u002D6 to add more participants (up to 6 total participants).<\/div><\/span>
    When the call screen displays \x27Conference\x27, all calls are connected. <\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  8. To disconnect the call, tap the
    End Call icon<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

    Enhanced Dialer<\/div><\/h2>
    1. While on an active call, tap
      Add a call<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    2. Use the Keypad, Recents, or Contacts tabs to add a party to the call:<\/div><\/span>
      • Keypad<\/div><\/b>: Enter the desired number then tap the
        Phone icon<\/div><\/b> to place the call.<\/div><\/li>
      • Recents<\/div><\/b>: Select an entry from the recent call log to add a participant.<\/div><\/li>
      • Contacts<\/div><\/b>: Select a person from your contact list to add them as a participant.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
      • Tap
        Merge<\/div><\/span> to create a conference call.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Repeat steps 2\u002D3 to add more participants (up to 6 total participants).<\/div><\/span>

        iOS or Android Native Dialer<\/div><\/h2>
        1. While on a call, tap
          Add Call<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        2. Enter the applicable 10\u002Ddigit number to call.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        3. Tap the
          Phone icon<\/div><\/span> to place the call.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        4. Tap
