If you need to temporarily pause service because your device has been lost or you\x27re traveling, use the My ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ app to suspend the line or reactivate it when you\x27re ready.<\/div><\/div>

Suspend Service<\/div><\/h2>
  1. Open the
    My ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Tap the
    Mobile tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Tap
    Manage devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Tap
    Device Management<\/div><\/span> then tap
    Suspend or reconnect service<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  5. Tap
    Select Device<\/div><\/span> below the number you want to suspend.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  6. From the \x27Why are you suspending?\x27 screen, select an option:<\/div><\/span>
    • Device is lost or stolen<\/div><\/span>
      1. Tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
      2. Review the info then tap
        Continue<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
      3. eview the info then tap
        Confirm<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
      4. Military suspend<\/div><\/span>
        1. Tap
          Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        2. Select the deployment location then tap
          Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        3. Complete the required military deployment info fields then tap
          Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
        4. Follow the onscreen steps to verify your military status through ID.me and complete the suspend request.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

          Reconnect Service<\/div><\/h2>
          1. Open the
            My ɧ»¢ÊÓÆµ app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
          2. Tap the
            Mobile tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
          3. Tap
            Manage devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
          4. Tap
            Device Management<\/div><\/span> then tap
            Suspend or reconnect service<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
          5. Tap
            Select Device<\/div><\/span> below the suspended mobile number.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
          6. From the \x27Great. How do you want to reconnect today?\x27 screen, select an option then follow the onscreen steps if making a change:<\/div><\/span>
            • Reconnect the same device<\/div><\/li>
            • Upgrade to a new device<\/div><\/li>
            • Reconnect another device<\/div><\/li>
            • Use a different SIM card<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li>
            • Tap
              Reconnect Now<\/div><\/span> then tap
