One Talk Portal <\/div><\/span> Set Up Bridging<\/div><\/h1>

Enable call bridging to grant specific users the ability to monitor or join calls for oversight and training.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Barge in to a conversation to communicate with the participants of an active conversation (Barge\u002Din Exempt can be turned on if needed for security reasons).<\/div><\/div>

A user\x27s mobile phone with the One Talk dialer or One Talk mobile app can also be bridged to a desk phone, enabling the lines of mobile\u002Donly users to be monitored.<\/div><\/div>

Only certain IP desk phones can be used as the bridging source; the number of bridged lines varies by device.<\/div><\/div>

One Talk lines can have a maximum of 2 desk phones. When bridging, the admin desk phone becomes part of the lines it bridges out to. You can\x27t bridge out to a One Talk line that already has 2 desk phone endpoints on it.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Product Portals section, click
One Talk<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27I want to\x27 section, click
Manage lines and devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
Devices tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the applicable phone number in the left column.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Associated devices tab, click
View more<\/div><\/span> in the Desk phone section.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Add line<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select the number to be bridged then click
