One Talk T41S\/SW \x26 T42S IP Desk Phones <\/div><\/span> Park \/ Retrieve a Call<\/div><\/h1>
Parking a call from your One Talk T41S\/SW or T42S IP desk phone allows you to place the call on hold so it can be picked up at another phone or by another person.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>
Line 2 is used when parking a call.<\/div><\/div>
Calls can only be parked to One Talk phone numbers or extensions in your group.<\/div><\/div>
Programmed speed dial entries on the desk phone can\x27t be used to enter an extension or phone number when attempting to park a call.<\/div><\/div>
Notification is cancelled if the user makes an outbound call, receives an incoming call or 45 seconds passes and the call rings back to where it was parked from originally.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. While on an active call, press
    More<\/div><\/span> then press
    Park<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
    The user hears a message stating \x22Please dial the number where you want to park your call followed by # or dial # to park the call against your number.\x22<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  2. Enter the appropriate 10\u002Ddigit number or extension followed by #.<\/div><\/span>
    Press
    #<\/div><\/span> to park against your own extension.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
  3. To retrieve a parked call, press
    Retrieve<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
    The user receives audio and visual notification of the parked call.<\/div><\/div>
