Here\x27s how to report as spam or telemarketer number using the Call Filter app.<\/div><\/div>

Report a Number from the Recent Activity Screen (Manual Entry)<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Call Filter app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

From the Recent activity screen, tap

Report<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Type the phone number into the Number field.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Select whether you\x27re reporting the number as \x27Spam\x27 or \x27Not spam\x27.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

If Spam, select a category (e.g., Scammer, Telemarketer, etc.) from the dropdown menu.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

If desired, use the Leave a comment field to enter any details that may be helpful to others.<\/div><\/span>

If reporting the number as spam, you can check the \x27Block number\x27 box to block the number (Call Filter Plus subscribers only).<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>

Report a Number from the Call Log on the Recent Activity Screen<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Call Filter app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

From the Recent activity screen, tap the number you want to report.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap

Report<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Select whether you\x27re reporting the number as \x27Spam\x27 or \x27Not spam\x27.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Open your phone\x27s call log.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Copy the phone number you want to report.<\/div><\/span>

The process for copying the number to the clipboard may vary by device. Generally this can be done by touching and holding the number from the call detail screen.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>

A pop\u002Dup displays showing \x27Report copied number?\x27 and the number from the clipboard. You have the option to report the number or look up number info (Call Filter Plus subscribers only).<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
