From the Account Overview screen, select

Navigate:

Get it now<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select the desired Apple Music option for each line then select
Continue<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Review and accept the Terms \x26 Conditions then select
