Personalizing the Home screen on your Pixel 3 \/ 3 XL makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove, or arrange apps, use widgets, or set a wallpaper that matches your style.<\/div><\/div>

Add Apps<\/div><\/h2>
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Touch and hold an app.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Drag\u002Dand\u002Ddrop the shortcut onto the preferred Home screen location.<\/div><\/span>
    For the app to be successfully added, there must be enough space within the selected Home screen. If needed, more Home screen panels may be added<\/a>.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

    Add Widgets<\/div><\/h2>
    1. From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

    3. Touch and hold a widget.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    4. Drag\u002Dand\u002Ddrop the widget onto the preferred Home screen location.<\/div><\/span>

      Add \/ Remove Folders<\/div><\/h2>
      1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a shortcut (e.g., Email, Contacts, etc.).<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
      2. Drag\u002Dand\u002Ddrop the shortcut onto another shortcut (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, etc.).<\/div><\/span>
        A folder containing the shortcuts is created (titled Unnamed Folder). To rename the folder:<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>
        1. Tap the folder.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        2. Tap the
          Title bar<\/div><\/span> at the bottom of the open folder.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
        3. Enter a name then tap the

            Set Wallpaper<\/div><\/h2>
            1. From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
            2. Tap
              Wallpaper \x26 style<\/div><\/span>. <\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
            3. Tap
              Change wallpaper<\/div><\/span> then select the wallpaper category from the available folders (e.g., My photos, Landscapes, etc.).<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
            4. Select an image, then choose an option to preview:<\/div><\/span>
