One Talk Portal <\/div><\/span> Set Up Simultaneous Ring<\/div><\/h1>

Set up Simultaneous Ring to ensure incoming calls are answered promptly. When your primary number rings, up to 10 other devices ring simultaneously, allowing an available user to pick up the call from any location.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

Setting Simultaneous Ring on individual One Talk lines can alter what devices receive the call. If a call is rejected from any of the ringing lines, the caller is directed to that number\x27s voicemail.<\/div><\/div>

If Simultaneous Ring is turned on and any of the simultaneously ringing lines are set to forward calls to each other, a loop is created which causes the caller to hear dead air or a disconnect recording.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Steps<\/div><\/h2>

Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Product Portals section, click
One Talk<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27I want to\x27 section, click
Manage features<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
User features tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select
Simultaneous Ring Service<\/div><\/span> from the feature list.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Choose a phone number from the list or use the search function to locate a number.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
Add icon<\/div><\/span> next to the applicable phone number to configure settings.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Under Accept calls from, enter up to 10 phone numbers (10\u002Ddigit format) that you want to ring when the selected number is called.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Select
Always<\/div><\/span> or
Predefined schedule<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>
If selecting Predefined schedule, select the preferred options using the dropdown boxes.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Click
