Software Upgrade Assistant (Orbic) \u002D Software Update<\/div><\/h1>
Here\x27s how to upgrade the software on your Orbic device if the software update failed.<\/div><\/div>

This helps you update the software on your Orbic device using your computer, in the event an Over\u002Dthe\u002DAir (OTA) software update fails.<\/div><\/div>
The software upgrade process may take up to 30\u002D35 minutes depending on internet speed.<\/div><\/li>
Don\x27t disconnect the device from the computer or power off the device until the update completes.<\/div><\/li>
You won\x27t be able to use your wireless device during the upgrade process.<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div>

Ensure the Software Upgrade Assistant (SUA) software is installed. Refer to Initial Setup \u002D Software Upgrade Assistant<\/a> for assistance.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Ensure the wireless device is powered on and connected to a compatible computer using the supplied USB cable then click
NEXT<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span>

If prompted, disable device lock setting then reconnect the wireless device.<\/div><\/div>
The Software Upgrade Assistant automatically searches for updates for your device.<\/div><\/div>

START UPDATE<\/div><\/span> to begin the software upgrade process.<\/div><\/span>

The software upgrade begins once the software upgrade package is downloaded; a status bar displays the progress of the download and upgrade.<\/div><\/div>
The most recent software version becomes available on the SUA\/SRA tool within a week of a new software update. During this time, the SUA\/SRA is unavailable for usage.<\/div><\/div>
