Set up the Voicemail to Email feature in the One Talk admin portal to send audio recordings of One Talk voicemail messages to an email address.<\/div><\/div>

Configure for an Individual Line<\/div><\/h2>
Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Product Portals section, click
One Talk<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the \x27I want to\x27 section, click
Manage lines and devices<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
Devices tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the applicable phone number in the left column.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
User features tab<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
Voice Mail to Email switch<\/div><\/span> to turn on or off.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Enter the email address(es) that will receive the audio files then click
Submit<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Configure Multiple Lines<\/div><\/h2>
Sign in to My Business<\/a>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click
Manage Account<\/div><\/span> from the top navigation bar.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Click the
Plus symbol<\/div><\/span> to expand the applicable line(s).<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Click the
Voice Mail to Email switch<\/div><\/span> to turn on or off.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
When on, enter the email address(es) that will receive the audio files then click
