There are 4 different detailed downloads available (one for each report type above). Each report has the same layout and columns.<\/div><\/div>

Reports exported in PDF format contain the field definitions followed by the report details.<\/div><\/div>

Reports exported in CSV format contain two tabs: one for field definitions and another containing the report details.<\/div><\/div>

Called Number<\/div><\/b>: The number that was called.<\/div><\/li>
Group<\/div><\/b>: The One Talk group name.<\/div><\/li>
Time Call Ended<\/div><\/b>: Time when the call was released (disconnected).<\/div><\/li>
Call Key<\/div><\/b>: Unique call identifier.<\/div><\/li>
Calling Number<\/div><\/b>: Number of the calling party.<\/div><\/li>
Forwarded Number<\/div><\/b>: The number to which a call was forwarded.<\/div><\/li>
Call Duration<\/div><\/b>: The time between the call being answered and subsequently released.<\/div><\/li>
Start Time<\/div><\/b>: The time the call started, local to the user\x27s time zone.<\/div><\/li>
Agent number<\/div><\/b>: Identifies the agent who answered the call.<\/div><\/li>
Direction<\/div><\/b>: Originating signifies outbound calls, while Terminating signifies inbound calls.<\/div><\/li>
Date<\/div><\/b>: Date of the call.<\/div><\/li>
Time Call Answered<\/div><\/b>: The time when the call was answered.<\/div><\/li>
Call Status<\/div><\/b>: Signifies whether the call was Answered, Forwarded or Unanswered.<\/div><\/li>
