Real\u002Dtime text (RTT) is text transmitted instantly as it is typed or created. Recipients can immediately read the message while it is being written, without waiting or the need for an additional device.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div>

Change RTT Visibility<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Phone app<\/div><\/span> .<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Navigate:

Menu icon <\/div><\/span>

Call settings<\/div><\/span>

Real Time Text<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Choose an option:<\/div><\/span>

Always visible<\/div><\/li>

Visible during calls<\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ul><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Make a Call with RTT Always Visible<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Phone app<\/div><\/span> .<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

From the Contacts tab, select a contact or enter the 10\u002Ddigit number.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap the

RTT Call icon<\/div><\/span> .<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Make a Call with RTT Visible During calls<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

From the Contacts tab, select a contact or enter the 10\u002Ddigit number.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap the

Once the call connects, tap the

While on a call, tap
