Your moto g play (2021) lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.<\/div><\/div>

The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™<\/span>, Microsoft®<\/span> Exchange, Facebook®<\/span>, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section>

Open the
Contacts app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap the
Menu icon<\/div><\/span> then do one of the following:<\/div><\/span>
To link a contact:
Tap
Link<\/div><\/span> then tap the contact to link.<\/div><\/li>
Tap the
back arrow icon<\/div><\/span> to go back to Contacts. <\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol> <\/div><\/li>
To unlink a contact:
Tap
View linked contacts<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
Tap
UNLINK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/li>
From the \x27Unlink this contact?\x27 prompt, tap
