If you use two phone numbers on your Apple®<\/span> iPhone®<\/span> and you’re not able to send or receive message or phone calls using one of them, ensure the applicable eSIM profile is turned on. <\/div><\/div>

Open the
Settings app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Cellular<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the SIMs section, tap the line for the eSIM.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap the
Turn On This Line switch<\/div><\/span> to turn on or off.<\/div><\/span>
