A system update won\x27t be received while roaming.<\/div><\/div>
If the device gets stuck in the boot\u002Dup process after installing an update, a factory data reset<\/a> is required. Make sure the Google™<\/span> credentials are known before doing the reset as they are needed to complete the reset process.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Tap
System updates<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the System update screen, tap
Check for updates<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If prompted, tap

If an update is available, tap
