  1. From the desktop, navigate:
    Start<\/div><\/span>
    Programs<\/div><\/span>
    All Programs<\/div><\/span>
    Microsoft Office<\/div><\/span>
    Microsoft Office Outlook<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  2. Click
    File<\/div><\/span> then click
    Open \x26 Export<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  3. Click
    Import \/ Export<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  4. Select Import from another program or file then click
    Next<\/div><\/span>.
