Your Pixel 6a lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.<\/div><\/div>

Before you begin<\/div><\/h2>

The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™<\/span> Microsoft®<\/span> Exchange, Facebook®<\/span>, new entries, etc.). To correct contact info joined in error, you can edit, delete, or undo changes to contacts.<\/div><\/section><\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Link Contacts<\/div><\/h2>

Open the

Contacts app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Touch and hold the first contact then tap other contacts to be linked.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap the

3\u002Dline Menu<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>

Tap

Merge<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Undo Changes to Contacts<\/div><\/h2>

Open the
Contacts app<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
Tap the
Switch account icon<\/div><\/span> then tap
Contacts settings<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
From the Edit contacts section, tap
Undo changes<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li>
If prompted, choose the account then select an option (e.g., 10 mins ago, 1 hr ago, Yesterday, etc.).<\/div><\/span>
The option you select reverts all contacts changed within that time frame.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li>
Tap
Confirm<\/div><\/span> then tap
OK<\/div><\/span>.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/div><\/ol><\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
